day three of continuous gym attendance. i am 1/4 of the way through the workout goal i have set for myself each day during my "return to war!" training regime. the great thing about endorphines that i neglected to remember is that they get rid of pain. actualy physical pain i mean, not just a generalized sort of local angst. so even though my groin was aching like mad all the morning for over exerting myself yesterday, now that i've hit the irons, i'm feeling all weapon m again. i might just stat calling everyone bub & smoking cheroots in a minute here.
