the blaine conspiritor.

the conspiracy of blaine is based on one simple truth: the consul has been corrupted. as blaine is not a city of men & women who will idly sit back as wickedness occurs in their midst, the conspiracy formed. whether the destruction of the consul will be warrented or no, the blaine conspiritor is prepared to go to whatever ends neccisary to save his city.

careful tongue makes it so that a conspiritor cannot be tricked or forced into revealing anything he deems secret.

human nature adds the conspiritors level worth of a bonus on bluff, diplomacy, innuendo, intimidate, & sense motive checks.

a certain point of view grants a spell resistance of 13+ conspiritor levels against any telepathic or truth devising spells, even if SR does not normally apply. this power appears as a successful save or whatever result would best apply to the conspiritors benefit (i.e. a "null" result.)

slight of hand allows the conspiritor to keep a one pound object (for instance, a dagger, or message scroll) concealed flawlessly on his person, even after a strip search.

head blow. every 1d4-1 rounds, the conspiritor can make a head shot resulting in subdual damage, +3 on what the normal damage would be. this also results in a fortitude save against a dc of 13+ conspiritor levels or it causes 1d4 temporary int damage.
