cover girl!

there are dark, shaggy elephants inside of me. slow moving in the ice age of this headache worn on my crooked brow. i blame the cheap vodka; can you imagine that? blame the vodka. jenny was a fuzzy muddle this morning as well; both of us the inhabitants of a dull fog, enemies of an old god. i thought that maybe a bagel would pull me up out of the broken, bobbing wood of this shipwreck, but so far no luck. & today is some holiday of the covenant-- rosh hashana-- & so at least i'll have time to pull my hal nine thousand voice up out of the grave. tell me the secrets of the underworld you beautiful robot. speaking of beautiful robotos...
