Crush (Ex) This special attack allows the Termagent to land on opponents as a standard action, using its whole body to crush them. Crush attacks are effective only against opponents of size Medium or smaller (though it can attempt normal overrun or grapple attacks against larger opponents). A crush attack affects as many creatures as can fit under the dragon's body. Creatures in the affected area must succeed on a Reflex save (DC 29) or be pinned, automatically taking bludgeoning damage during the next round unless the dragon moves off them. If the dragon chooses to maintain the pin, treat it as a normal grapple attack. Pinned opponents take damage from the crush each round if they don't escape.

Tail Sweep (Ex)
This special attack allows the Termagent to sweep with its tail as a standard action. The sweep affects a half-circle with a radius of 30 feet, extending from an intersection on the edge of the dragon's space in any direction. Creatures within the swept area are affected if they size Small or smaller. Affected creatures can attempt Reflex saves to take half damage (DC 29).

Snatch (Ex) The Termagent can choose to start a grapple when it hits with a claw or bite attack, as though it had the improved grab special attack. If the creature gets a hold on a creature Medium size or smaller, it squeezes each round for automatic bite or claw damage. A snatched opponent held in the Termagent’s mouth is not allowed a Reflex save against the creature’s breath weapon, if it has one.
The Termagent can drop a creature it has snatched as a free action or use a standard action to fling it aside. A flung creature travels 1d6 x 10 feet, and takes 1d6 points of damage per 10 feet traveled. If the Termagent flings a snatched opponent while flying, the opponent takes this amount or falling damage, whichever is greater.

Breath Weapon (Su) The Termagent's breath weapon is a cone of fire & living flies 120 feet long that does 15d6 points of damage, half of which is fire & half of which is unholy. Using a breath weapon is a standard action. Once a dragon breathes, it can't breathe again until 1d4 rounds later. A blast from a breath weapon always starts at any intersection adjacent to the dragon and extends in a direction of the dragon's choice. If the breath weapon deals damage, creatures caught in the area can attempt Reflex saves to take half damage (DC 29).
The round after the Termagent breathes, any effected creature take half the damage dealt to it by the breath in the previous round. A foe can take a full-round action to remove the clinging breath weapon before taking any additional damage. It takes a successful Reflex save (DC 29) to remove the effect. Rolling around on the ground grants a +2 bonus, but leaves the foe prone. This effect can be dispelled (DC 29).

Frightful Presence (Ex) The Termagent can unsettle foes with her mere presence. The ability takes effect automatically whenever the Termagent attacks, charges, or flies overhead. Creatures within a radius of 330 feet are subject to the effect if they have fewer than 27 HD. A potentially affected creature that succeeds on a Will save (DC 31) remains immune to that dragon's frightful presence for 24 hours. On a failure, creatures with 4 or less HD become panicked for 4d6 rounds and those with 5 or more HD become shaken for 4d6 rounds. Dragons ignore the frightful presence of other dragons, as does any creature with The Black Speech.

Spectral Breathing (Ex) The Termagant can exist without air indefinitely and can freely use its breath weapon, spells, and other abilities without air.

Corrupt Water (Sp) Once per day the Termagent can stagnate 10 cubic feet of water, making it become still, foul, and unable to support animal life. The ability spoils liquids containing water. Magic items (such as potions) and items in a creature's possession must succeed on a Will save (DC 29) or become fouled. This ability is the equivalent of a 1st-level spell with range 330 ft.
